Restorative Yoga with Pat Geary
Please join us in the Meditation Room (Larsen 210) for Restorative Yoga with Pat Geary on March 12th from 12:15 - 1:00pm. Restorative yoga is a gentle practice where poses are assisted by props and held for longer durations in order to relax the mind and body.All equipment will be provided, and all community members are welcome. We recommend arriving early as space is limited. Hope to see you there!
