    Take a 30-minute pause from your busy day and join the URSA Work/Life Balance Committee for a guided mindfulness break. This session will help you recharge, refocus, and reconnect with your sense of calm through simple breathing exercises and meditation techniques.We'll also take time to build community and hear your thoughts and ideas on fostering work/life balance at the University of Redlands. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, boost productivity, or just take a moment for yourself, this mindfulness break is a perfect way to reset and realign.
