WBCA Academic Team Honor Rolls
REDLANDS, Calif. – The Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) announced their Academic Team Honors from the 2022-23 season Tuesday with the University of Redlands Women's Basketball team receiving special mention for the second year in a row.
The 15 Bulldogs compiled a 3.649 Cumulative GPA posting the 33rd highest team GPA in Division III. They were also one of three programs from the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) to earn recognition joining Claremont-M-S (3.562) and Chapman University (3.467).
The programs with the top 25 GPAs in each division were selected to the WBCA Academic Top 25, while special mention status was bestowed upon those programs that met the minimum 3.0 GPA but weren't among the top 25. In Division III this includes over 100 schools for the 2021-22 year.
