How are we ensuring cleanliness in the workplace?
- Enhancing daily cleaning in workspaces and high-touch areas
- To assist in the cleaning of desks, we ask that everyone adhere to the clear desk best practices and remove all items from their desk before leaving each night.
- Removing sponges, brushes and soap caddies from pantry sinks.
- Disinfectant wipes are being distributed for individuals to wipe down their workspace and surrounding areas.
- Providing hand sanitizer pumps throughout the workspace.
- Users are discouraged from bringing in communal food, candies, treats etc. into the office space.
- Reconsider any business critical meetings or events held on-site with 15 attendees or more until further notice. Consider if this meeting be hosted virtually.
